All fees are agreed upon prior to service delivery

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement

Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, systems, and deliverables provided by FitPreneur LTD remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use materials strictly for your business.

You may not:

Resell, reproduce, or distribute our materials

Reverse engineer systems or frameworks

Share access with third parties without permission

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication or failure to act.

7. SMS & Communications
